Fabio Coluccia is a Partner at DOMINÉ & PARTNERS. He specializes in leadership development and cultural transformation, with a strong focus on top team development and evolving leadership culture. He regularly designs and delivers leadership development programs for C-suite leaders and executive teams to strengthen individual, team, and organizational performance

He also serves as a leadership consultant and executive coach for several programs at INSEAD.

Fabio’s experience spans a broad spectrum of organizations - from multinational corporations and professional services firms to SMEs and family-owned businesses across diverse industries. This breadth enables him to understand the needs and challenges faced by senior executives and support them in driving sustainable impact.

Before moving into consulting, Fabio built a strong international corporate career at companies such as L’Oréal and Nestlé, progressing from marketing and sales roles to general management positions with full P&L responsibility.

He was also a Board Member and advisor at 7A Leadership, a global provider of digital solutions for team leadership development.

Fabio is an alumnus of the Art and Practice of Leadership Development program at Harvard Kennedy School, USA, and he has completed the INSEAD Coaching Certificate at INSEAD, France. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

A dual Swiss and Italian citizen, Fabio has lived and worked in Western and Eastern Europe as well as North America. He speaks fluent English, German, Italian and French.
