Rolf H. Frey
Rolf H. Frey is Managing Partner of DOMINÉ & PARTNERS. His area of expertise are board and executive team development, executive and team coaching, and board and executive evaluations. He also advises companies on talent management strategies.
He is a visiting member of the coaching faculty at IMD Business School in Singapore and Switzerland and at the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin. Rolf H. Frey is also the chairman of a company offering cloud-based personal leadership development for professionals. Furthermore, he is a member of the EPAS international accreditation team within EFMD.
Prior to joining DOMINÉ & PARTNERS, Rolf H. Frey was Head of Human Resources EMEA and a Member of the EMEA Executive Committee at a leading international private bank. His focus was on talent management, succession planning, leadership development and performance management. Before that, he held various senior global and specialized HR positions in the reinsurance and IT industries with strategic assignments across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
Rolf H. Frey holds a Master of Science in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and Oxford University. He is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Art and Practice of Leadership Development program and an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching. He has co-authored the book “Leading a Board - Chairs’ Practices Across Europe”.
Rolf H. Frey is a Swiss citizen and speaks fluent Swiss German, German, French and English.
Vincent H. Dominé
Professor Vincent H. Dominé is founding partner of DOMINÉ & PARTNERS. His area of expertise and research is leadership and organizational development with an emphasis on group dynamics. He consults with senior executive teams and boards and delivers leadership development programs to leading organizations.
Vincent H. Dominé is Adjunct Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD and Leadership Development Practice Director within the INSEAD Global Leadership Center. He is also Director of Leadership Development in the INSEAD Global Executive MBA degree in Abu Dhabi, Fontainebleau and Singapore, as well as in the dual degree Executive MBA program offered by INSEAD in cooperation with the Tsinghua University in Beijing. In addition, he regularly contributes to INSEAD's Leading from the Chair and International Directors programs.
Before founding DOMINÉ & PARTNERS, Vincent H. Dominé pursued an international executive career at Credit Suisse. He has further acted as Chairman of a London-based venture backed by large media groups. Following earlier studies in business and banking, he graduated from INSEAD's Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change program. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School Art and Practice of Leadership Development program and of the Tavistock Institute program on Group Dynamics at Board Level.
He has co-authored several books: The Coaching Kaleidoscope, Exploring Leadership Drivers & Blockers and Dynamics at Board Level. Vincent is founding member and affiliate of the Institute of Coaching as well as a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations. He is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and is involved in various think tanks on leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation.
A dual national of Canada and Switzerland, he has lived and worked in North America, Europe and Asia, and speaks fluent English, French, German and Swiss-German.
